Not to nitpick, but don't you mean the outer part will spin faster?
But anyway, sometimes if we were on a car ride home after visiting relatives and it was late at night (so we were asleep), my dad would wait until we were on a deserted road. Then he'd swerve around and scream "We're all gonna die!"
