It's a good game, except I find it to be a little unbalanced. The Greeks, and to a lesser extent the Norse armies are just too powerful, leaving the Egyptians in the dust.
True, the Egyptians are cheaper and can be built faster, but once economies start rolling, that advantage quickly fades. I once marched a full Egyptian army into a half-assed built Greek army, three times over, and each time the Greeks blew me away. So, I switched, and marched a half-assed Greek army into a full Egyptian army, and blew them away. And it didn't even feel like I was trying to destroy the Egyptians.
