I don't care much for idiot humor (I consider the Farrely brothers bad writers of drama), so most of Sandlers films are, well, wretched.
The Wedding Singer, though, I thought was really clever and witty, and 50 First Dates (which my wife dragged me to as part of her B-Day Present) had the potential to be good as well except for some really gratutitous vomit and sexual ambiguity jokes.
As for the rest of them, watching Adam Sandler play a quirky but loveable moron is my idea of what might happen on the submarine to hell.
