that's not bad luck, that's a logical reason for that happening. We've had that happen before because we have a fairly new address and oddball location. You just have to be specific on location and directions to help them. Notifying them of the location if it is not listed is a safe way to prevent this from now on. Also, I hope it will get delivered okay- USPS unfortunately has a tendancy to lose things, it's always wise to insure, or at least have delivery confirmation on items.
Sorry that had to happen though.
