Hi there, I have a Dell notebook that I would like to be able to sync with my desktop PC at home. All that I really care about having sync'ed would be my Outlook and my My Documents folder.

I'm on a home network and I have a cable modem, I would like to be able to do this from home while I am plugged into the network, and while I am away (dial in) from hotel, etc.
