I agree with most of what dimbulb said. Its best to see what plain old hard work, protein and time will do for you. ( I also think creatine is a nice addition). If you use them before you have exhausted your body's potential you might just be wasting money. If however after you reach a really good level of fitness and have plateaued you wanted to try it then just consider the risks and decide if its worth it to you. Also, the younger you are the more testosterone you have racing through your system anyway so that's something else to consider.
