A smiles what I give when I have to give
For now I can't give what Does'nt belong me
Dismay with a frown is all I can give
Time is the answer to finding the cure
Knowing whats broke don't help to fix it
Rejecting the laughter I turn from the light
I know that to give up is choosing defeat
Trying my best to survive this life
Wondering what lesson I'm being taught now
Today I will look for the elusive smile
The past's taught me looking will bring me around
I hope for the future what I have not know
Praying for harmony to settle my heart
Now is the time I choose to begin
I look for the aura of joy thats been lost
A soft dwarfish smile's reborn for a moment
A moment though fleeting is all that I have
