Rangsk, at some level you have to decide to stop sleeping in.
The alarm clock goes off, you simply get up and start going. Don't even consider staying in bed. It is your mind, not someone else's, you get to make the decisions.
Now, it is possible you have some kind of condition that makes you need that much sleep. It is also possible your body is just used to that much sleep, and once broken of the habit, will be fully functional.
