1> 1. From it and it's successors you can build a castle in the sky, beautiful beyond any mortal's imagination.

2> Other things out there. Like you, but not. You can model them, but you can't be them. And they are in the same situation as you. The other.

3> Mystery. So many problems that I don't know the answer to, from what I will have for lunch tommorrow, to when I will next fall in love. They will never be solved, unless I continue.

4> Cuddles. The simple pleasure of holding and touching someone you care for, the wonder of how such a simple action can mean so much.

5> Connections. Going both ways, towards you and away. Which would be severed if you where gone, causing pain and harm.

6> Experience. Sex, eating a "Jane's Addiction Chocolate Cake", swimming until you entire body is jelly, walking until your feet are fire, touching that which you have never touched before, seeing things as yet unseen.

7> Chance. No matter how things are going, no matter how set things seem, nothing can be predicted, nothing can be known.

8> History. That which has gone before. The pain, the happyness, the fun. It would no longer be made, at least in my pattern, if I was gone.

9> Denial. I will not bow down before the coming of the night. The reaper will not take me quietly into its embrace. I will defeat it, though it comes again tommorrow.

10> The end. If there is something past life, it will happen if I delay it. Death will be there, waiting for me, at the end, so I am in no rush. And, if perchance my fate is life everlasting, my death would be an insult to everyone who has attempted that quest and failed, through no fault of their own.

(I hope you don't mind the puns, I used them to give my list a bit of structure.)
