Soggy, you're very right.
From what I've heard the Carribean has one of the highest drop out rates. It might have something to do with the dengue flu, malaria, tumbo worms, or maybe just the proximity to home. People just don't seem to want to stay down there. I however (knock on wood) have nothing keeping me here, and am anxious for some adventure, so we shall see.
