Here is my humble opinion,
looking at a luxury, we test drove the Ml, VW Touareg, and Lexus RX 330. The ML lacked in luxury where both the Touareg and the RX excelled. We would have gotten the Touareg was it not for it being the first year (July 2003.) You can get a lot more with the Touareg than what you would pay for a comparable RX or Ml.
Also realize that the RX gives better milege (sp) and either of the vehicles I mentioned.
