I like the look and feel of the current board. If that doesn't change too much, I'm all for the upgrade.
Also, my vote would be to move the current database over. What's the point in losing what we've already built? I'm not really that against starting from scratch, I just don't really see the point if it can be avoided.
I can't say I've ever used the journals, so I have no opinion in that matter.
