Underrated: Jim West. Who, you ask? The guitarist for Weird Al Yankovic. In fact, I think his entire band is underrated; they can sound like ANYBODY, quite accurately.
(And I agree with Zappa and Eric Johnson on the pluses, and Jack White and Kurt Cobain on the minuses.)
