You can't get burned for hanging out ... go see a movie or go to a club for some drinks together.
Here's the key question: Is there indication that she is interested in
going out or just
hanging out? There is a big difference and it's not your call to make. What could be your call is hanging out and getting more information before you make any moves that she might not want.
