Want to feel young?
Ok. First, instead of starting counting 'how long' when you where born, start counting when you where actually half-intelligent and able to make decisions.
Say, 22.
Now, assume some life-extending technology shows up in the next pile of years, so you'll live to 100 or so before keeling over and going *splat*.
That means, you've lived (24-22) / 78 = 2.6% of your life. You are just getting started!
