Oh God man, I used to be able to do that too. One time I woke up and realized I was wasting my life away. I dont have any technical answers for you or anything, but just put yourself on a schedual. Get a job that starts at 8 in the morning, or if you're still in school schedual all your classes early in the morning. You'll thank yourself.
