After a couple of months without a release, the gaim developers released the newest version of gaim (0.76) on April 1st.

Over the couple of months that they didn't release, they did a hell of a lot of improvement on the client (judging by the changelog).

I posted this because I believe there is quite a few gaim users here. For those who don't know what gaim is, it's a multiprotocol chat client (so you can run MSN, YIM, ICQ, AIM, etc, etc. all in a single client <like Trillian, but better>)
