Actually, you don't even get put on the list if you go out and buy 5 Ferraris, you have to own them for a certain number of years.

Because this car is a tribute to Enzo Ferrari himself, the car maker decided they wanted the Enzo to go to true Ferrari lovers, not someone who will turn around and sell the car for twice the price they purchased it for.
