You really have to schedule it like it is an important appointment, which it is. If you had a doctors appointment or a job interview you wouldn't miss it so you have to think of your work-out that way. Don't think of it as an option but something you must do at a specified time on a specified day. It might seem difficult at first but eventually you'll really start to look forward to it. Good Luck.
