Nah I'd be willing to bet that the perception has been around since long before playboy. It really comes from the fact that, statistically, more guys DO like larger breasts.

The ratio is misrepresented. Popular culture would have one believe that 95% of guys specifically like large breasts where I'd venture to say it's more like 65%
