When I used to live father north of the city my neighbor was an astronomy buff. I went over from time to time to look at various cool things with his telescope. I don't what the lights of "Wien" are like, but Philly is way too bright for me to see anything good.
Maybe I can go back and see him in the next two weeks and check this out. Thanks for the heads up!
