Currently my favourite video is "Everlong" by the Foo Fighters.
For all you music video fans, I highly recommend going out right now and buying "The Work Of Michel Gondry" on DVD. I love just about any video directed by him, and many of them have been mentioned in this thread already.
"The Work Of Spike Jonze" and "The Work Of Chris Cunningham" are also quite good, but if you are just going to by one of the three, get the Michel Gondry one. He did many of Bjork's videos (all the best ones, in my opinion), and he has very original ideas.
