i mean, outlawing clitorodectomies is one thing, well and good, outlawing FGM is great, all for it
but to slip in "piercings" as well..cmon
then again, parts of SC have laws against tatoo parlors, so sheesh. everyone i know goes to NC to get them. I'm not sure if larger cities in SC have them or not.
