Surreal Life was probably the best thing she has ever done for her reputation. There was a thread on FARK as well about her lung cancer, and I think every single person who had seen Surreal Life said how sweet and real she was.
Also; if you are 'scared' of seeing her naked... what are you going to do when you are 70 years old and married? Keep the lights off?
