One person would be the information gatherer just like RSl12 said, when some one goes into the room if it is there first time or they haven't fliped the card up yet and the card is black then they flip the card to white, else they leave it alone, then the information gatherer when he goes in if he sees white then he turns it over to black and it goes on when the information gatherer counts 9 whites then everyone has been in there.

I know that would take forever but it is simple and no one would be able to get confused to wether or not they should flip the card or not.
