I would have gone home and came right back with a baseball bat.

Ya I know...violence begets violence and all, but that jack-off wanted you to physically start something so his gorilla could step in and beat you up.

Don't let this go. Next time you go in, hopefully his brother will be there and you can calmly ask him how you insulted him. If by chance you accidentally did something insulting, being the nice guy you are, I'm sure you would be more than happy to apologize. And still, File a Complaint.

And like others have said, file a complaint with Police. They may not be able to do something, but a record of that guy's history with the cops can be good ammunition if he causes you any more trouble.
