As to the people calling for beating the kid up, that's the dumbest move you could possibly make. Those posters are apparantly willing to get you jailed and charged with assault so that you can keep your supposed dignity. Besides, you do not know that the brother actually told this guy to go after you, so kicking HIS ass might be completely unwarranted. Plus, starting fights when you don't HAVE to fight is just stupid. Why risk it? With an attitude like that, this kid isn't ever gonna be anything but a sandwich slinger anyway - I call that punishment enough.

Absolutely agree on all counts. I wouldn't risk having my food screwed with, especially a Subway when there's one on every corner. Complain to corporate and piss on them by going to Quizno's.
