you say you've been nice to everyone there (i don't doubt that), but he seems to think differently about how you treated his brother. do you recall a situation where you might have done something wrong to his bro?
i wouldn't even bother talking to the manager - i'd go striaght to subways headoffice and bitch and complain. that kind of behaviour should not be tolerated, especially if you did nothing to deserve it.
