This is really true for college students and its shameless of the credit card industry to stoop this low. They even set limits on the card they issue to a student but they don't enforce the limit at a point of sale. Instead the opt to charge interest and penalties every month you are over the limit. These types of credit card issuers (and you know who you are) are SHAMELESS!
