the way rahzel does it is pretty simple (yet extremely hard to master). you can tell the way he does it if you listen to "If Your Mother Only Knew" over and over and over again. Basically, when he does the "beat and the chorus at the same time," he is alternating between lyrics and beats at an INCREDIBLY fast rate. He isn't actually doing the lyrics and the beat at the same time, just alternating between both really fast. You can tell at the "only knew" part of "If your mother only knew." It's almost as if he is saying "knew" twice, but he is just breaking it into two parts because he can't say it while doing the beat at the same time. The beginning part of that line he has mastered though.
