Erm.. you're not gonna lose a substantial amount of weight in 3 days other than water weight as the others said, and if you did, it would probably come back rather quickly, and you'd gain more than you lost anyway. Most folk will tell you that it's safe to lose no more than 2lbs per week anyway, with regular exercise.
For good fat burning activites, aerobics is your best bet. I.E. Running, walking, jumping rope, etc.
