I was bored on a long road trip a year ago, and I wrapped my seatbelt around my neck in a position where it could not slip off, and if I tried too hard it would break my neck. I didnt notice and we stopped I unbuckled but that made it worse I tried to go out the door but it was like I was getting hanged. Luckily my buddy had a knife on him :-D
Its a bit ironic that all these involve water or cars.
