The only way I could conceive of it being painful for a man to
give anal sex is he fails to put any lube whatsoever on his penis and tries to penetrate her without having lubed her anus either.
But seriously, I doubt he'd even get far enough inside her to even feel any pain from penetrating her because she'd experience so much pain that she'd probably rip his head out.
