I live in NC, and apparently this thing is for real. I don't believe in the paranormal or ghosts or anything like that, but I've heard many people say they've seen it (older people), and I find it hard to believe that all these people would be lying

Plus there's the videos.

This has to be some sort of scientific anomaly or something
