Well, it's St Patrick's Day today in Australia and I'm going home soon to my Australian wife who is making me Beef & Guinness Pie. My job is to prepare the Colcannon.
I'm also looking forward to the four cans of draught Guinness sitting in my fridge. To make things better, I'm back off to the Auld Country in a month, so I get to taste the real thing again! And, as every good Irishman will tell you with a tear in his eyes, I get to enjoy "de Mudder's" cooking again.
