This is no different than watching pornography in your house with the blinds open and the TV facing the outdoors. In both cases you are publicly displaying offensive material, and the burden lies upon you to take reasonable measures. That the material is offensive to some is irrelevant; it is the owners responsibility.
Now I happen to enjoy porn, but I wouldn't show it to kids or let people see me while I'm watching it. If somebody is going to enjoy their porn in the car, it shouldn't be visible from the outside.
As for the other drivers, stop watching other people's TV! If you're staring at a car long enough to notice what's playing, then you're tunnelling your vision and asking to get in an accident.
