The story now is that there is a compromised being discussed where TO would become a FA, Baltimore would get their second round pick back and an additional compensitory pick, and San Francisco would get the third round pick of whomever signs TO.
Personally, I would LOVE that deal, especially if the comp pick was between the first and second rounds.
