As it stands, the vast majority of employees are provided with healthcare from their employees. They are responsible primarily for copayments.

I suppose 61% could be considered a "vast" majority, if you're bad at math. And that number is from 2002. 25.7% were covered by government health insurance(generally Medicaid and Medicare). 2003 just
might have seen a continuation of the trend from 2001-2002. Numbers are from

Also, assuming that everyone between the ages of 16 and 65 in the US pays taxes, 65% of the US population pays taxes.
