Um, I can prooly help you, I'm a bit of an expert at this.
1. you mean, for downloading? If yes, depending on the site, you either want to use an EZCode, wget, or a program like Offline Explorer (not free, but what I use) or
HTTrack - free, and oft recommended here.
Consider also, depending on the site, if it's *not* a paysite, the pictures *may* be hotlinkable. Feel free to send me an example via pm.
2. Yes, you need a host, if the pics are not already in a hotlinkable (or just linkable, for the links forum) situation. This is the tricky part, especially for hotlinking. The best thing I can suggest for that is have a look at my TB posts, and see an example of how things can be done.
