Tact if for those not witty enough to be sarcastic, therefore sarcasm is for those with some intellegence who are either trying to make a clever joke or trying to insult someone of lesser intellegence/wit.
I love being sarcastic, even if it does get me in trouble (only by those that don't get it, i might add) It's also great having friends that are as sarcastic as me.
