You can ignore most of the products you see advertised on TV, as the vast majority of them are junk. I'm assuming that your car is fuel injected? If so, I would suggest BG44K fuel injector cleaner. You may have to buy it online or at a local dealership as I'm not sure its sold to the public under any name brand distributor, but this stuff works AMAZING (is a bit pricey at about $20 a bottle). Its been somewhat of a "secret" for quite some time, but it worked miracles for RX7's tired rotary motor, and I was so happy with it, I used it on my strip car as well.
When I tore down my 355 when it was time for a rebuild, I noticed that my carbon deposits on the valves and piston tops had indeed been reduced. The only other "cleaner" type product I will use on my engines (only with a carburetor) is Marvel Mystery Oil.
