I know of no one who has done what you describe. Some potential problems are: tire heat causing softening of adhesive (heat is sometimes used to remove flooring), staining from ordinary leaks, water issues from rain/snow melt, etc. Most people who desire something other than plain concrete will go with some type of epoxy coating, unless they are extremely wealthy and can indulge in something such as terrazzo.
