You are right, in the case of Soccer, the fans are violent enough for everyone. I don't remeber there ever being a hockey game that had to be broken up with tear gas and baton beatings, or hundreds of people having to be carted off on stretchers because of a bad call on the ice caused the fans to go into a rage and rip each other apart. Nope, you are absolutely right, no violence in Soccer at all.
