That makes it a bit easier, if that's *all* you plan on using the host for.

For hotlinking pics, I use European Tripod accounts. So long as the traffic is not 'extreme' it's pretty reliable. But don't be upset if they kill your account(s), it does happen. Then just make another one
you can also try web1000, i'm not sure if they allow hotlinking or not tho.
If you *don't* need hotlinking, the options are much more plentiful.
As far as paid hosting allowing nude pics or not, depends on the TOS...but i think some of the free 'adult' hosts also have pay options..but keep in mind, if your content is 'copyrighted' and you do not own that copyright, that's pretty much against the rules anywheres. It's just a matter of whether you want to take the chance of them notising it or not.
