Could be any number of things - depression, hormones, fatigue, stress, medication side effects. Are you on any new meds? Have you changed birth control pills? Any stressful events going on in your life? Those are a few places to start looking. People change, and what turns them on sometimes changes over time. If it's a problem for you, you might want to see a doctor or a therapist (depending on whether you think it's a physical or a mental issue). If there's no obvious cause and it's not an issue for any relationship you're in, I'd say be patient and wait it out. Sometimes just worrying about not being able to get horny is obstacle enough, and when you relax and just forget about it, the problem goes away. But definitely go get checked out if you think there might be something more serious at the heart of it.
