This thread changed something for me.
I asked a girl out a while ago, and she said that she wasn't interested in any sort of relationship, she doesn't want to get bogged down. I saw her a few times since then, and we have been more than friendly with each other, arms round each other etc. in public, and kissing etc. in private.
I took this as a symbol that we were getting on very well, so I asked her out again, on Feb 29th. She was really embarrassed etc. and said that she really liked me but couldn't and she knows how I feel about her but she just can't go out with me. Really upset me at the time. For some reason this thread just made me get over her. Still wish she would say yes though.
