It's the stimulation of the clitoris that occurs from bumping and grinding. When women masturbate it's actually quite rare that a female uses penetration to get off. So, why do they portray women getting off on blowjobs/penetration? Because the target audience is men, and that's what men think women want, and what they want women to want.

I have to disagree with this as well. My gf gets off really hard from penetration, more so than clitoral. She has an overactive G-spot which luckily my cock can hit perfectly without trying. If women aren't supposed to get off on penetration then why does the G-spot exist? Sure, some women get nothing from it just like others get nothing from the clit, but it does exist, as I've seen it's effects firsthand. When I jerk off I rarely make my hand in the shape of a pussy but I sure do get off from having vaginal sex. I think masturbation can't be compared to intercourse when it comes to stimulation, as the techniques vary widely from commong sex practice.
If you are taught that in college I'm going to point it to feminist influence on the sexual curriculum. PC and feminism are the diseases of learning, as they both seek to divide more than educate.
