I gave all my groomsmen a survival kit. including, an adventure first aid pack, a compass, a signal mirror, a whistle, a metalic emergency blanket, a water proof match case, and a sweet pair of cuff links, to add a touch of class.
Everyone of them still mentions some wierd use they found for one of the items I gave them.
I went with something most people would eventually someday need, but would never actually buy for themselves.
