Vinoh smiles at the thought of having another half-orc with them. Brute strength, while crude and lacking subtlety, certainly had its uses. However, some of those uses were decisively counter-productive, as the half-orcs and human knight were proving at that moment. The mind mage wanted to calm them, but Darghon took the initiative and tried to defuse the situation. Meanwhile, Father Quadrial seemed intent on ending this nonsense by simply starting the journey. Sir Thantos, while apparently acting out of impulse, was simply cautious in his confrontation, although confronting half-orcs, whatever the intent, was never a good idea. However, seeing as his act had instigated quite a bit of chest-thumping, Vinoh decided to intercede:
"Come now everyone, I'm sure Sir Thantos had only everyone's safety in mind when confronting our new ally. What if a murderous psychopath had escaped the wagon, with nothing but evil intent in his heart? A knight's duty is to protect life and uphold all that is good, so there's no need for all this agitation now that we've cleared everything up. Isn't that right, Sir Thantos?
Father Quadrial seems to have the good sense to get started, so let's all be the friends and allies I know we can be and purge the Tomb of Velix of the evil that inhabits it once and for all!"
With that, Vinoh turns and catches up with Father Quadrial. On the way, he turns and looks at Darghon:
*telepathic message to Darghon*
"It seems that we're in for quite an adventure with this lot! However, I wouldn't worry about us humans; we may be hot-headed at times, but our heart's usually in the right place."
