What i have always wondered. Walk in on a girl changing clothes, she's in bra and panties, and she screams and hollers. Then she walks out in a bikini that hides nothing and acts like it is totally ok to look. Have asked this of wife, girlfriend's, women at work and gotten no real answer. They say it's just different.
